ROWDY KROWD RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Rowdy Krowd products are primarily produced on demand specifically for each customer order.
Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or other customer ordering errors.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery at:

Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
After reviewing the claim, eligible orders may receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product size chart before placing an order.
We cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges when the correct product, size, and color ordered were delivered.
Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided by the customer.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Unauthorized Returns
Please contact Rowdy Krowd before attempting to return any product.
Do not send products directly to Printify, a print provider, or any return address shown on a shipping label unless Rowdy Krowd specifically instructs you to do so.
In many cases involving damaged, defective, or misprinted products, a physical return may not be required.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
